Amita Thai Cooking Class Bangkok

Amita Thai Cooking class is located within the landscape of the Chao Phraya River, on the bank of the water arteries that run through the old town of Bangkok. Each Cooking Class at Amita Thai Cooking Class has been designed as a half day course in the morning from 9.30 am to 1.30 pm.

Things to know before you go.
  • Children under 12 years of age are not permitted to attend the cooking class.

  • In any case of your booking isn't matched with reality when you show upfront (such as child's age, child's height, the quantity of people and etc), you are responsible to pay the additional charge upfront the show/tour.   • Morning Course choose one each from 3 categories:

  • Thai cooking class 1 : Sunday and Thursday.

  • - Moo Satay*(Tasty strips of grilled marinated pork served with spicy peanut sauce).

  • - Kang Keaw Wan Gai*(Green curry chicken in coconut milk).

  • - Khao Man Som Tam (Coconut rice and papaya salad with chili lemon sauce).

  • - Khao Niew Mamuang (Mango Sticky Rice).

  • Thai cooking class 2 : Monday and Friday.

  • - Pad Thai*(Stir fried soft rice noodles with fresh prawns and tamarind sauce).

  • - Tom Kha Gai*(Chicken in coconut milk soup flavored with lemongrass and galangal).

  • - Gai Phad Met Ma Muang Himmaphan*(Wok stir-fried sliced chicken breast with cashew nuts, pineapple and dried chilli).

  • - Tab Tim Krob (Water chestnuts in syrup with coconut milk).

  • Thai cooking class 3 : Tuesday and Saturday.

  • - Gai Hor Bai Toey (Deep fried chicken wrapped in fragrant pandanus leaves).

  • - Tom Yam Goong*(Clear hot and sour broth with prawns).

  • - Phat Kra Pow Moo Sab*(Wok-fried grounded pork with holy basil).

  • - Ka Nom Krok (Coconut Pancakes).

  • Open daily: Mon - Sun (Except Wednesdays).

  • Starting time 08:00 am - 13:00 pm.

  • Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.

  • Itinerary may be subject to change or cancellation according to local weather conditions. In the event of bad weather, tours will be postponed until suitable conditions arise.

  • Late arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after we have moved from our initial meeting spot, you may be considered a no-shows.

  • Learning cooking and Mango Sticky Rice and Tab Tim Krob.

  • Learning thai cooking by visiting our herbs and spices garden for selection of ingredients for today’s personal cooking.

  • cruising along Chao Phraya River, passing through Temple of Dawn and into Bangkok Yai Canal,chance of exploring scenes of the serene and simple lifestyle of riverbank dwellers.
